The Brief
To reimagine the SYMON brand for the modern age.
The Symon brand has been operating for close to 30 years. In 2013 the organisation became
RMG Networks and the Symon name was no longer used. Over the next few years, the Symon brand
was still being used by it's legacy clients and in relation to the continued products, so in 2018 a new
initiative was put in place to reintroduce the Symon brand for their dedicated customer base.
My approach was to reinvent the visual, to bring a more immediate reference to the purpose of the company.
Symon is a provider of visual communications for a variety of industries, mainly contact centres and internal communications.
By alluding to that in the logo with the visual association of speech and chat icons, we are further reinforcing the brand strategy.
